I've seen the finale and I proclaim it as the second or third best of the comic to tv shows of the past year. Better than Arrow, better than Agents of Shield. On par with Flash and Gotham (though I enjoyed it more than those two shows). Rose McIver really fit she role even though most of the other characters - except for Ravi who was a good character - were flatter, though with interesting aspects.

I look forward to next season. Ade, I believe you will enjoy the season finale. It has a wonderful cliffhanger ending, and the way these shows are produced, that's hardly a spoiler. They all have implied "to be continued" at their last episodes. Marvelous!

I could not resist and watched it now.
I really like the way the final two episodes ended with a sort of montage and loosening some ends while tying up others.

Has it been renewed?
Are are those fuckers determined to ruin all of american television.

Fashionably late to the party, just started watching this on Netflix and it's growing on me - see it's been renewed for a third season too.

Cracking season one finale.

Good opening to the second season too, 19 episodes seems an awful lot though....

Apart from Buffy it's one of the only shows that seems to pull off a 'monster of the week' without it getting stale, obviously helped along by the fact the main story arc is strong and never sidelined.

I'd say it's more in common with Dexter and Six Feet Under in that it's "death of the week".
But like those, iZombie knows when to shift the template a bit.

Second season's been a bit up and down for me, even the weaker episodes have had some funny bits though.  The on again/off again nature of Liv/Major's relationship and the human-zombie-human... dance that half-the-cast have gone through had worn pretty thin ten episodes in, after eighteen I'm about ready for some sort of solid status quo to be established for next season.

Also I would watch a Zombie High spin-off.

You guys need to try out Hunter x Hunter instead, starting with the older series
