Our local has been turned into a trendy fucking wine bar or something so we all moved on to a couple of new places. One we reserve for talking about music, movies and the like and the other is for personal stuff or anything that ain't "cultural".

Is that you and your new lady in your avatar?

You make a cute couple.  cool.gif

First off, that actually sounds like a good idea but trendy wine bars are for people with money,
I need a cheap local with cheap pissy beer on draught.

Yeah thats me and the missus, not so new now where knocking up 6 months soon.

Hopefully "knocking up" won't prove to be an unfortunate choice of words.

You'd best get rid of that avatar. The scarf makes you look classy and the girl makes you look straight.  tongue.gif

My complaint is that Ade opens a thread, where hes posting a link, giving ambivalent instructions, then upon submitting a question about all this he murmurs something about posting here, or there, dont know, and then he closes this very thread!

I meant to close the thread as soon as I posted it, so it would just be a link over there, but you got in first.

However, it depends on your definition of ambivalent.
"Go here and argue about films please"

Since you didn't follow the simple instruction in the sub-title, did not post over there, and did not even discuss any of the films on the list in your post here, I wonder which part of the post you found most ambivalent ?

Well, first Where to post my thoughts.
Second, why you open a thread for a link, and telling us to comment, while we mustnt mention anything about you or this forum.
I found this whole situation weird, you know.
I wanted to know what its about.
My bad though that i didnt read the subtitle.

My fault for being deliberately vague about it, but some of you folks ought to know what I am like by now.

If at first something is not obvious, look a bit closer.

H. I've deleted the thread concerned because it was failed request. Nothing to do with you.

I understand you wanted people to post on the other site, but I don't know why we couldn't discuss the choices on this Forum also.
I don't usually like to post on other web-sites. There are a few web-sites that I join in conversations, but usually I like to avoid getting involved in conversations on other web-sites.
I just think it might've been fun to discuss our opinions of the film listed.

It's not a big deal either/or though and this isn't an actual complaint. My actual complaint is still being written. At this point is reaches 80 typed pages, but I'm not a third of the way finished yet, so keep on the lookout for it sometime towards the end of 2007.

That's the men's room here. Are we in India? I don't think I have enough money for the plane trip home. Wow, you click on a pop-up window, next thing you know, you're in India!

I'm going to quit taking drugs now.
