Mills and Buck definitely are, but could you tell who Stipe is just by looking at the figure?

Are those yours?

I just saw that DC is planning to re-release some of the Batman:The Animated Series action figures. I used to own most of them, back when they were originally released. They were pretty nice.
It looks like they're releasing some new figures as well, which weren't released with the original figures.

Here's a link that shows some of them.

Time to dig this up and discuss the newest Marvel HeroClix set, which was released yesterday. The set is X-Force. Which doesn't exactly inspire excitement when most people hear the name.
However, there is a Doop (from Milligan's X-Statix) figurine. I wasn't able to get one though, as I do believe it a "rare". Yep, it's a "silver".

I was, however, able to pick up a Madcap and Foolkiller.
Sadly, while Foolkiller is the Greg Salinger version, he's in the new costume, which is far less distinctive than his original outfit.
Madcap is the Existentialist character from Gruenwald's run on Captain America.

I'll probably be able to get a Doop, it'll just cost more cash. The "rare" HeroClix aren't that hard to find, giving it some time, they just cost more money, as opposed to the superrare ones, which are hard to find.
There are Doops going online for $11 right now. That's a bit too pricey for a HeroClix, for my tastes at the moment.
Meanwhile, there is a superrare figurine of Swarm from this set, which I'm more interested in acquiring. Swarm is the villain who is made of bees....Ah, you can't beat the 1970s.

Isn't he a Gerber character? I didn't know that Gerber had written any of The Champions.

No. He was created by Bill Mantlo. Mantlo wrote the Champions.
After being introduced in the Champions, Swarm next showed up in Spectacular Spider Man, during Mantlo's run on that book.
Then, I don't remember him showing up much after that.
Gerber never used Swarm in any of his stories.

I was sure he'd turned up in the Defenders. My bad.
