I have been listening to Yes and King Crimson all evening. Later, I plan to science. Possibly evil science.
Episode three has just rocketed its way high into my shortlist of favourite-ever Venture Bros episodes.

I hate Yes and King Crimson.
Consequently, according to my husband, I cannot enjoy the latest episode of the Venture Bros. on as many levels as him.

I almost always side with the chick in a case like this, but Mark is right.
Hell, I had an egg growing up. And in it, I listened to to lots of Pink Floyd, King Krimson, ELP, YES, (OK, a little bit of Asia, I'm not proud). I set it on fire once trying to freebase laundry detergent with an acetylene torch. I didn't KNOW it was laundry detergent.

I'm working nights for the week and have been watching all the episodes of Venture Bros while pretending to be in charge of Channel 4, I just saw Viva Los Muertos and looked it up on wikipedia, what was to me a simply Scooby Doo parody actually carries a more intelligent double meaning,

Can anyone choose their favorite Venture Bros episode? Or try and single out greater than mere greatness by choosing one above the others?
I think I can come close. For myself, one of the ones that got the most laughs from me was Tag Sale, You're it!
Whoever posted this misnamed the episode, but the video is correct:
Trial of the Monarch was good, too. Season 3 was my favorite season, but Season 4 has started off kicking ass.
My favorite scene is this one:

Is this real?

Someone's custom figures:

Molatov Cocktease

Totally not work safe. Someone's rendition of Dr. Girlfriend's true self.
I'm having an obsession geek out over Venture Bros right now.

I like that 21 is trying to be all badass now, yet still fails at it.
It was funny at the beginning with him and the new henchman.
Another great highlight was Monarch laying down the law to the moppets.

A wise and frugal Government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government, and this is necessary to close the circle of our felicities.

The thing is though that he's not a complete failure as he really does seemed to have whipped the other henchmen into shape. I like the new badass 21 with his flaws and talking to the skull of 24 madness.

The sheer number of rock music references, one liners, and self-referencing inside jokes in this most recent episode, The Revenge Society, makes it one you can watch more than a few times and still catch something new you missed previously.
