  1. If you look at the special features on the original Hellboy, Doug Jones (actor IN the suit) actually recorded Abe's lines. His voice is a little too theatrical and childish. David Hyde Pierce did a much better job. In Hellboy II, Doug Jones did his best to stay true to Hyde Pierce's representation of the character. That is my best guess as to 1) why it didn't sound too different from the first Abe and 2) why he wasn't used in the first place.
  2. Also, I'm a big Megan Fox'd out... But yeah, whee!!!!
  3. I liked him in Just Friends (the only movie I've seen of those listed above) -- However, I must say that I was working at a movie theatre at the time and I got to see said movie for free. Also, I still wanted to stab said movie in the junk for existing. However, Ryan made it more than bearable. I cannot say how his work would fair on its own merit -- If that doesn't make as much sense as I'd like it to - please to be referring to the Drunk Thread, which I should kindly move my bum back over to (no matter how I rework that sentence I still seem to end it in a preposition).
  4. Well, Cockjuggling Thunder[over-used word] was my nickname in high school, but other than that... OH YEAH! The whole Blade thing. Right. I was wondering how you had been able to read my diary! I thought he was hilarious in Blade Trinity (the rest of the movie was hilarious in an entirely unintentional way), but I would still consider that a minor role. However, even in the minor role he still seemed to carry the movie. Well played, Akhira, well played. He's also Deadpool. Gotcha... Still not a lead character though.

  6. According to wikipedia: Arkham is a fan made animated trailer. It won first place at the Bam Kapow's Fan Film Contest. It is based on the Arkham Asylum from the DC Batman comics. The film was entirely created by Paul B. Frieling and features Batman villains the Joker and Harley Quinn. The film has no official association with Warner Bros or DC comics.
  7. Oh yeah! I forgot about that. I like Ryan Reynolds, but the only thing I've ever seen him in as a leading role was the remake of Amityville Horror. He wasn't bad, but the movie was pretty mediocre in my opinion, so that may have affected his performance. I like most of what I've seen from director Martin Campbell. (Although I'm a little worried as he is reportedly taking on a remake of The Birds as well!)
  8. First 5 Minutes of Green Lantern: First Flight! What do you guys think? I think that the soundtrack needs a little work, and that the WB could use some better animation, but it still looks pretty good all things considered.
  9. Jonah Hex movie poster revealed:
  10. I just watched the leak of the almost finished film yesterday. (My boyfriend downloaded it on his computer and I couldn't avert my eyes! Please forgive me) Not really a spoiler under there... just my opinions. But I know that some people don't even wanna hear that until they can form their own! As far as I could tell, it was worth renting if you're an X-Men fan. Most of the action scenes seemed to solely exist for the purposes of editing a kick-ass trailer. FIN.
  11. You are WEE!!! Also, sometimes when we hang out, I go WHEE! Also, I just drank some water... and I have to -- DRINK SOME MORE!!! WHEE!

  12. Ravyn is best served a la mode.

  13. I highly recommend Chief_Walks-With-IPod for those heavy flow days!
