Purple X all in my brain

Lately things just don’t seem the same

Actin’ funny, but I don’t know why

’scuse me while I kiss the sky

Purple X all around

Don’t know if I’m comin’ up or down

Am I happy or in misery?

What ever it is, that Ade put a spell on me

Help me

Help me

Oh, no, no

Hammerin’

Talkin’ ’bout heart ’n’...s-soul

I’m talkin’ about hard stuff

If everbodys still around, fluff and ease, if

So far out my mind

Somethings happening, somethings happening

Ooo, ahhh

Ooo, {click} ahhh,

Ooo, ahhh

Ooo, ahhh, yeah!

Purple X all in my eyes, uhh

Don’t know if it’s day or night

You got me blowin’, blowin’ my mind

Is it tomorrow, or just the end of time?

Ooo

Help me

Ahh, yea-yeah, purple X, yeah

Oh, no, oh

Oh, help me

Purple X, tell me, baby, tell me

I can’t go on like this

Purple X

You’re makin’ me blow my mind...mama

Purple X, n-no, nooo

Purple X, no, it’s painful, baby

What do you use? If you use IE....

Try right-clicking on the "image" and selecting properties. Then copy/paste the URL from the new window into the address bar of your main IE one. Press enter to go to the picture.

It's some skeletons from Jason and the Argonauts, by the way. The ones grown from dragon teeth.

They are a demon, called Cadamus , the origin of the " I an legion, for we are many" quote.

And yes, so cool, i loved them in the movie.

Incidentally, good news on the R Rating if the producers have relented,

and if not, please send us the R version to London.

YIPPIE!!!! Well then, was it replaced by the older ending or something new, something pieced together? Like Keanue's voice over over the city with shadows of wings....?

Hmmmm....

Good move, while the original rooftop ending was pretty lame, it looked like drama at its finest when put next to the graveyard nonsense.

From a Hellblazer reader's point of view, the real problem with the newer ending was the gum chewing as it portrays a complete lack of understanding of (comic) Constantine's character.

Let's not start on that one in the "Positive Thread" ;-)

So, Ade's positives, subject to rumour, lies and last minute changes (reservations in brackets):

Keanu actually does seem to have captured the persona and attitude of JC,

(the script does not entail the motivation or nature of him though.)

Some top quality supporting roles,

(mostly not given long enough on screen.)

Soundtrack,

(as long as the keep the predictable US-slacker-rock to a minimum.)

Hell.

(no reservations there, it looks good.)

R rating.

(like I say, if they don't have the sense to release an uncut version outside of the US, then they are defining their own failure for the film.)

That thing that happens to that character that no-one here likes.

(as long as the final scene stays cut.)

New readers.

(New trolls.)

Fair statement and subject of much debate. I tend to disagree with the nature (con part) which plays into the revealing (motivation) part. IMHO, Keanu DOES manage to pull off the character so give the chap some kudos if you think he deserves it after seeing the film. He worked endlessly.

Once again-AGREED! (imagine that- we must be in the positive thread :) Djimon (Papa Midnite), Tilda (The Snob), and Peter (Satan) are magic on screen. I would have liked to have seen more of them as well. Galvin (Balthazar) with his finger-lickin (KFC) line is classic.

You ain't seen nothin yet. It JUST got finished yesterday. It is a Masterpiece indeed- quite apocolyptic with vibrant hues.

It is an R as I stated early on. I forgot to ask about the Ellie bed scene since I was so bothered by the Chaz ending and the energioes were spent there. Thanks John for facilitating this discussion.

It still does. Final cemetary scene is cut.

And- the hopes of the sequel filmed in London- or maybe Prague to save money but made to look like London :)

Besides the fact that Budapest is the place now, and despite Prague being very cheap, it would miss the soul of London to go for the retro look.

They filmed Batman here with London posing as Gotham.

You know that makes sense.

Oh, come on. I try not to get into these rows, but honestly. Are you trying to suggest to me that the idea of Keanu Reeves being brutally rogered against his will isn't funny?
