Nothing new for me, clicking through the Boom solits I do like the cover for House Of Slaughter - half-tempted to give Something Is Killing The Children another go but that first trade really didn't do much for me.

A near-perpetual state for him I suspect, no matter what the world throws at him!
Finished that Authority/Planetary crossover last night, the Snow/Drummer scenes were great - shame Ellis turned out to be a sex-pest (not to make light of his actions, at all).
-
Hope Charlie's keeping well, Lou!
Sandman's not back for a good while yet, Dogpoet!Nothing new for me. Currently rereading some of The Authority, the crossover with Planetary is dead good and quite funny in places.
-
Nothing new but I'm jonesing for something...anything!
-
Nothing new for me. Was going to try out that new Swamp Thing but it's very expensive, 8 bucks a pop digitally.
-
All done.
It's dead good!
There's some proper Constantine-brand bastardry in there but as above the setting is very much its own beast. The only grumble I'd have is that there's maybe a few too many strands left open by the end of the mini, it does wrap up the main mystery but there's also plenty of set-up for future stories....which would've been fine for an ongoing but it's unclear if we'll be getting more ?
(Just checked and apparently it was announced in February that the series is now an ongoing, so yay!). -
Damn Them All, please. Looking forward to reading it all through now the final issue is dropping.
-
I always preferred scruffy John, any suggestion that this may be related to my own lack of sartorial elegance would be slanderous.
-
Thought we were due an issue of Damn Them All this week but apparently not, so nowt for me either.
-
Think he's just a scruffy sod to be honest
-
Late to the party, for a change, but loving that old man John look - and there's that half-tucked shirt again!
-
Nothing new for me, took The Adventures Of Luther Arkwright off the bookshelf during lunch and man that is still one beautiful book.
-
Keeps finding where you hide the key ?
-
Nothing new for me, bah!
-
Do you have a dad-cave with all your cool stuff in it, Lou ?
-
The half-untucked shirt is a nice touch.

Garth without the heart, maybe I'm being unfair (and I've heard good things about his Superman adventures run) but I've never read anything from him that rose above 'mean' and I need more than that to get me going.
-
Damn Them All.
And I'll take copy of the comic with the same name too, please.Huhuhu.
-
Crikey! I love the cigarette smoke and the clothing textures!

Late to the party but I thought the original Nemesis was really bad, I like my fiction dark but it just stank of obnoxious teen try-hard.

Garth continues his nostalgia tour, might actually pick this up from a newsagents if I can.....
Battle Action is back, with Garth Ennis leading the charge. Following up on 2022's Battle Action special, ComicBook.com can reveal Rebellion's plans for a five-issue Battle Action miniseries in 2023. Ennis (Preacher, The Boys) will write a story in each issue, backed by additional stories from talents including John Wagner (Judge Dredd, Strontium Dog), Dan Abnett (Guardians of the Galaxy, Warhammer 40k), Torunn Grønbekk (Thor, Star Wars), Rob Williams (Suicide Squad, Judge Dredd), John Higgins (Watchmen, Judge Dredd) and Chris Burnham (Batman Incorporated, Unstoppable Doom Patrol), each putting new spins on characters introduced in stories from Battle Picture Weekly and Action.

Now for me, still rereading some of Morrison's Batman.
-
We must be edging closer and closer to some actual new Miracleman, right ?
Nothing new for me, rereading some of Morrison's Batman, hey - it's pretty good!
-
And look what happened to them!

I looked that Miracle Man yoke up on Marvel's site and it doesn't mention the writers at all, I know it's a reprint of older material but that's still something of an oversight. Think I'm right in saying that we've yet to have Gaiman's run continued ?
Going to pick up Dead Romans #1 because I like the name and want to read a new comic!
