I've taken a week off from work, to make inquiries about getting a mortgage for an apartment. I haven't found a place yet, just looking around at this stage. But if my mortgage plans get the green light from the bank, then I can go full steam ahead.

 

It feels strange though. I can't get my head around the fact that I may own a home soon, instead of renting one.

I want to experience this feeling.

God I knooow! I hate paying rent & I don't even pay that much for mine.

My dad keeps going on about getting a flat & how he'd help w/ the deposit.

But I don't know...

Driving test... failed, I console myself with the knowledge that until the one critical error happened, it was going really well, damn roundabouts. Driving test number two shall be arranged shortly.

The worst I've done vehicle-wise was crash my friendies motorbike into some concrete block - it was an ugly EX5 so I was kinda doing him a favour though lol.

Also my sister & I 'dropped' my brother-in-laws' friends' SUZUKI bike when I was 15 & kinda just left it on the ground.

But only cos it was so big n heavy that we couldn't lift it up lol.

So last words would when you do get round to getting your license (which I know you will) never let me near your vehicle :wink:

Ordered in some takeaway earlier tonight and boy did it taste obscenely good for something that no doubt took 10 years off my life :D

 

In other news, I got a new mattress for my bed recently and what do you know? My sleeping pattern is beginning to resemble a normal person's again, well it did until I ate the feast of satan tonight....

Oh really? Hmmm, I din't think putting yourself to bed at 8am was considered normal...I guess it must be me.
