Two graphic novels not mentioned so far that I like a lot. The recently released Batman/Judge Dredd files, complete and utter lunacy and just plain fun to read.

Secondly one of the first graphic novels I ever picked up Batman:Collected legends of the dark knight. Its got three tales a wonderfully dark Cavalier story, a drug induced Batmite story by Alan Grant that still makes me laugh when i reread it and ended off with a decent Poison Ivy story.

Being devils advocate game of you's not that bad, has its moments namely Wilkinson for one;

"I was one of seventeen children. We were all named Wilkinson - I suppose it was roughest on the girls, but we all got used to it in the end."

Same with 1602 quality series.

Red dwarf old bbc 2 series scifi-comedy. In the Ace Rimmer episode a better version of one of the characters turn up and is shocked to find that this realitys version of him is a complete and utter wastrel. Hell i think i remember in the Red Drawf spin off mag there was a comic wiith a super hero fellow up to the ep and if anyone else remembers that i'll be very impressed

Got it Monday, fookin ace in my opinion, lovely art not quite the best thing Careys written which in my opinion was the second arc on Lucifer, but damn close.

A slightly odd choice Resurection man no. 8, reason is Ive got number 9 and it part of a very funny crossover with Tommy Monaghan and Nat of Hitman. Genius second half and Ive always been annoyed i couldn't find the first part.

Hell I like it, like it a lot last arc with the origin was stunning, and this new one looks pretty good to me. Funny though having my usual sentiments as a Liverpool fan towards Arsenal expressed in an american comic book.

well considering the calibur of the characters involved anything longer would have been excessive in my opinion.

hmm as going to give papa mitnite a miss going to be a nice quiet week.

Definite agreement on Formerly Known as the Justice League twas very very funny, Transmet is always good for a laugh especially the "Spiders dreams" one think it was 31.

Best single comic recently though for giggles was the spiderman appearance in the new Shehulk though to be honest the whole series has been great.

On the whole I liked it (rated it an 8) some of the art in Angies dreams were very nice, shock headed peter especially. Anyone got a translation of what he says to whoevers riding Chas be it demon Johny/nergal ?

Thought that some of shot of Angies rear end were a bit gratuitous though lol (page 4 second panel especially)

Lucifer #58 - cause its ace

Manhunter #6 - cause im waiting to see if they take her punisher-wards ie a bodycount bigger than 1, plus i like the completly unlikeable main character.
