Yeah, I'm the same Hellboozer that used to be on the old boards.

I'm curious what Mike Carey has planned for us next after he raised his bar as much as he did with this story. Ah well I´m off to bed

The best thing I´ve read by Mike Carey by far (Havent read Lucifer that much)

He somehow manages to combine some of the best elements from earlier runs into one of the best Hellblazer comics ever, stories like all his engines is the reason l think Hellblazer is one of the best comics ever,

Is it just me or did Mike Carey´s take on John Constantine in this story feel very different then in the ongoing, the art was also above anything I seen earlier from Leonardo Manco except for a couple of minor bits like Johns dad not looking at all himself but those are very minor indeed, infact the art in AHE may be the best I´ve seen since Dangerous Habits, I almost got some William Simpson vibes but just like the writing It felt like a mix of all the best elements from earlier artists,

I hope they don´t take offense from me saying so cause I can´t praise this story enough
