I didn't know that MAX was an alternate reality, I just thought it was non-continuity stories. This is like Ultimate Punisher, with a new origin for a different Kingpin.

Not having read the Max #1, Imight be missing something here. But as far as I know, its not. MAX, I mean.

Some MAX titles are mainstream, Bendis' Alias and BKV's The Hood.

In Walrus news, the wife won!

Nah, I'm always considering it when my contract is up for renewal, but I got quite comfortable in Bahrain. This is it, though. In three months, its goodbye sunshine, goodbye Bahrain.

I'm moving to Michigan with the wife and kid, a couple of interesting job offers there.

Can't be bothered to link to a trailer, but they actually went and made The Boondock Saints II, which looks tackier and Bily Connolier than the original.

Me and the wife have been going through a rough patch lately, stemming mostly from her wanting us to move back to the states while I'm contented to stay put.

I got the bright idea of asking her if she wanted a divorce, as we did have one of those once Man was that a dumb move.

Anyway, just to start to redress the balance: I still thought it was a fucking great movie. There.

Saw it yesterday, I loved it. Third, maybe second best comic book movie.

Went to see it with Mrs. Walrus last night, absolutely loved it, or at least what I saw of it.

The high point of the experience was Mrs. Walrus asking me if Gambol was the guy from Year One, I was so elated of her emerging nerdery that I said that it was, even though there was no such guy.

Of course she went into a mood during the nurse scene and decided we had to go home. We'll go see it again tonight, all of it hopefully, if the gods of pregnancy see it fit.

I got bald naturally. I got engaged to my ex-wife, the pregnant thing happened, we got married and then we honeymooned in Bruges. And then my father-in-law dropped a circular saw on my foot.
