If larger there would be some Cronenberg and Lynch in there plus some kids films like Star Wars or the Matrix.

By the way has anyone seen 'Over the Hedge' yet, I watched it with my three year old nephew and found it completely charmless.

  2. So, for reasons that aren't worth going into, I have to buy a suit.

Went down to the shop I bought my trenchcoat from (six years ago!) and got the business done in 15 minutes - chap was very helpful indeed and I'm picking it up tomorrow.

It wasn't till I left that I pondered as to whether or not I should've tipped him. Anyone here buy suits on anything approaching a semi-regular basis ? It is considered the norm to tip these guys ?

Do you mean your tailor or local Top Man?

You give the tailor a christmas card with some cash in it, retail wallahs are overpaid as it is.

  3. Its a bunch of cock with sensitive but good looking bores thinking too much about life and career, Dr McDreamy is a walkiing cliche. Whether I am in the UK or Australia the doctors get paid enough to at least have a shave.

  4. Good episode I thought.

Liked the Cyber Torchwood woman, thought the whole void stuff thing was dodgy.

Thought it would have been cool if a certain Master had sneaked out of the Genesis Ark too (they've got to bring him back at some point).

Billie can act, that face srunched up crying at the end almost had me going.

Catherine Tate deserves some credit for stopping the Doctor weeping like a fucking girl.

  5. If humans can't take care of the planet they were born on, they should not be allowed to go to other planets and fuck those up too.

Humanity lives or dies on Earth. If we're too stupid to keep life habitable on Earth, we're surely too stupid to figure out how to colonize the rest of the fucking galaxy!

We spend millions to just agree that we should do something, at the moment we truly are a disgusting waste of time.

  6. I was more affected by 'The Straight Story' than at any time since 'Eraserhead' although 'Mulholland Drive' comes a close second, has anyone seen the original tv pilot? It was on Demonoid a while back, not better but interesting.

  7. p.s. not specifically aimed at you SickBoyFilms, I've been on the verge of this outburst for a bit. Does it count as an outburst. I'm not sure now...

No, I see what you're saying. I'm a fan of the Doctor since my childhood of the 70's/80's and really glad that it has found it's way back to television. Unfortunately it now has a lot of cultural / televisual competition. I use my nephew for reference because he is unaware of this.

  8. Sold the car yesterday, it needed to go to someone who had time and patience plus knowledge of a rotary engine. Have had much fun recently tearing up the British countryside and giving speed cameras the finger (it was worth the fine and points on my licence just to hear the turbo kick in)

Putting on a brave face, goodbye dear 1989 Mazda RX7 Turbo, may your rust spots be filled:
