Episodes of the tv show ER make me cry- I think about being by my grandpas side when he died.

Many of Bruce Springsteen's songs make me cry- I hadn't listened to him in years and for some reason I started listening again while my wife was pregnant with our first child. I guess I needed that sense of hope, redemption and defiance.

Being a parent makes me cry. The gigantic stew of emotions - joy, hope, fear, anxiety, exhaustion, pride x 1,000,000. I really appreciate my parents now.

Sideways. It was fucking brilliant.

I run a wine shop and if i get asked if i've seen Sideways one more fookin time I think i'm gonna snap (even if it's brilliant). :icon_twosgun:

I just made a fresh pot of java and am digging into a peach paczcki then a blackberry or prune (can't tell which). One of my co-workers got one with no filling. I've got her convinced she's in for at least a years worth of bad luck.

Fresh casked bitter - those words are like poetry. We've got a couple of brewpubs in the area that have experimented with cask conditioning with mixed results, but you guys have been doing it forever. One day I'd love to make it over for the big British real ale fest.

Which brewery makes the finest beer in the world?

The Black Sheep brewery in Masham, Yorkshire (in Northern England). Simple.

We see a couple of fine ales from the Black Sheep Brewery, but I'm sure they are a bit more tasty without traveling thousands of miles under less than stellar conditions. I'm pretty partial to Great Lakes Brewing Co. in Clevland, OH and Anchor Brewing Co. in San Fran CA. Do you guys see any good U.S. beer in the U.K. or is it all that budweiser piss?

I like em all. Current faves are Cooper's stout from Australia, Bell's Expedition stout from right here in Mich., and Czechvar Pilsner from the Czech Rep.
