I hope you had a better day than me, Grinning Fellow, because I'm horribly ill (I coughed up blood ). But Mark did indeed give me the worst-wrapped present ever (it had lots of ribbon, though, as you can see)

He also got me a DVD which I've wanted for ages. We'll be going out for a meal when we're both feeling better, anyway.

I just want you all to know that I have to live with the shirt, in my home, and every day I wish that this was not the case. It's one of the most horrible items of clothing I have ever seen, and some day - oh some day - BAD things may happen to the shirt. It's made from pure polyester, so a stray fire would completely consume it. Mark had better watch the shirt, and possibly take it with him if he ever goes away.

I suppose she raped herself too?

I'm downloading the episode now, and we should hopefully have it by the time I finish my lectures this evening.

Before watching it, I want to voice my suspicion that Dick "Poor Man's Owen Wilson" Casablancas was the one who actually raped Veronica. The fact that Logan provided the drugs suggests to me that he had nothing to do with the actual rape, and I suspect he doesn't even know it took place.

As for the murder, I'm suspecting everyone, having let my guard down for first season of 24, and having been blown away there, I'm going to suspect everyone (apart from Veronica and Keith Mars and Alicia and Wallace Fennel). I really hope it's Lianne Mars, though, I couldn't care less if she'll be on the show next year. Or one of the Kane parents, but I think they're unlikely to have done it.

I thought Celeste Kane's surprise visit to the office was interesting. Probably the first time she's been given added dimension in the whole series.

Although I'm almost certain horrible complications are in store for Logan and Veronica. I really like both the actors, and while the fangirl in me is soppy and romantic, I have watched far too many shows not to expect horrible things to happen. I just hope Logan continues on the show next season, cause Jason Dohring is probably the best actor on the show after Kristen Bell.

I'm obsessing far more about this show than is good for me. Luckily it will have ended in good time before my exams, cause at this rate I won't be able to concentrate on revision until I know who raped Veronica, and killed Lilly.

It just so happens that there are no embarrasing secrets about Mark, strange but true. Or it could possibly be that I have sworn solemnly never to tell them.

Besides, if you want juicy stories about Mark, ask his friend Madbrad, who's known him for much longer than me.

It is also the case that Mark keeps me out of trouble, not the other way around, as I'm really very bad at noticing that Mark is close to trouble, and mostly only find out about him and trouble long after the fact. :)

As for Rogan's suspicion that I'm perfect - who told you, if Mark's so private about his personal life?

Well, I joined because I keep reading most of the threads, especially in Down the Local, and considering how much I've been lurking on the forum lately, it just made more sense to actually join.

Having lurked for a while, I understand completely why Mark spends so much time here, you all seem like very lovely people. :)

Having been lurking on the forum for a few weeks now, mainly since my boyfriend spends so much time on this forum, I felt it would be a good idea if I joined, if only so I can post occasionally.

Said boyfriend is Mark, by the way, I think some of you may know who he is, what with him being a rather frequent poster here. :)

I've not read that much Hellblazer, truth be told, but Mark keeps telling me to check more of it out. I do absolutely love Neil Gaiman's Sandman, however, and am also a big fan of Gotham Central, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Transmetropolitan and 100 Bullets.

Don't know if I'll post that often, I sort of feel as if I'm invading Mark's personal space, but having followed most of the threads in Down the Local for weeks, decided to at least register.

Looking forward to getting to know all of you better!
