This 5th season of House is fantastic ! I´m enjoying House´s new friend, the P.I. guy, he really is an amazing addition to the cast and a possible love interest to Doctor Cuddy.

Entropy In The UK's the story with King Mob getting tortured at the end of Volume one, isn't it? Brilliant fun (unless you're Grant Morrisson...)

This arc and the entire Invisibles series was fantastic, specially Vol.3 # 12, the craziest and brilliant of all issues.

I fell in love with Róisín Murphy and her excellent songs specially "You know me better". Not to mention she is beautiful and hot.

I just fell in love with two TV series that just started here, Eleventh hour ( American version) and the Mentalist. Those are great series, Eleventh hour is fantastic, a touch of X-Files but totally original. the relationship between the two agents( I forgot their names) are excellent, full of twits.

The Mentalist is amazing, the main character is so cynical and full of himself, not to mention his quest for the guy who destroyed his life, excellent.

i can´t wait for the next episode.

Last Friday, I went to a new night club, which is one of the coolest in town and while I was dancing, one song really got my attention, as the light of the fact, it really got stuck in my mind, i asked the DJ and he gave me the name, after I came home,i looked the video on you tube and I found a amazing singer, called Róisin Murphy, and the song is: " You know me better". It became my newest favourite song.

 

 

 

 

You need to check out Moloko, the band (well, duo, really) she was formerly a member of. I recommend their third album, "Things to Make and Do." it's rather awesome.

DC Showcase: Superman Vol.1 is stupid goofy fun for the most part and when its not it's still a prime-example of what-the-fuckery at work in silver age storytelling, odd thing is it all still makes a demented kinda sense in its way.

 

Anyway its recommended stuff and proof that only Superman could survive the 'friendship' of Jimmy Olsen and the 'love' of Lois Lane, unintentional consequences are rarely this batshit nuts entertaining.

showcase Superman is amazing, all volumes are worth reading, pure Silver age craziness and adventure where everything goes. Shaw´s , Boring´s Plastino´s art are forever, they were Superman´s artists.

Do you think 'Pandemonium' or Ian Rankin's story will have a sales effect on the ongoing title?

I really don´t think so. Pandemonium will have an effect because , specially for Hellblazer´s fans is the return of Delano and Jock is an excellent artist and Losers were excellent. Rankin´s will be good too but I don´t see those series effect for up or down the regular series but will give Hellblazer a spotlight, specially in the anniversary of the tittle, which were bad exploited by DC and Vertigo.

I was very into Vinyl Underground, a very interesting and intriguing series from Vertigo, sad that it will end on # 12 because Spencer and Gane were doing a fine job and the adventures of Morrison and his group of friends/supernatural investigators really got me. This last arc, which is excellent by the way will give an end to Morrison´s haunting past and could be more exploiting in a not to come future. It´s sad because after Y and Lucifer ended, this series could have been the next hit. So, I still with Hellblazer and the future Grant Morrison´s vertigo project.

I liked it. Sean was an excellent Hellblazer artist,I really miss him.

Jenkins run is my favorite because it's mostly set in Tooting, Rich the Punk is possibly the worst HB ancillary character though.

Mine too. those characters were perfect through his run.

what don't you like about Jenkins' run ?

I like his run, he did some great moves and adds on Hellblazer. His first arc was excellent, the last man stand and # 120 and how to play with fire are my favourite. I´d like to see him back some day.
