Kewl boyz only like Jim Lee?

What's wrong with Fabry or McKean?

I'd like to trust Lemire, but considering he is the man that wrote JLD 0...

Oh man, the team-up we were all waiting for! Trickster and speedster against the forces of evil!

It seems that Venditti is no longer writing Constantine, Fawkes and Lemire, the team behind "JLD , the world's darkest magazine" are stepping in.

But if Rip Hunter exists in the Vertigo Universe, they have to eliminate the regular DCU Rip Hunter. They cannot coexist! It is madness!

I thought Vertigo could no longer use DC characters...

I hope they just trade the whole series as a respectful way of saying goodbye, but probably they'll reprint Ennis' run and stop it there.

Mr. Slinker, wow, that soundtrack (well the idea of a soundtrack, as I haven't heard the whole thing) is the best thing ever. Congratulations.
Did you include that awesome version of Venus of the Hard Sell (maybe for the Delano annual).

It would be really cool (and way faster) if they collected Hellblazer in omnibi. Like "Hellblazer by Jamie Delano", "Hellblazer by Garth Ennis", etc.

The execution leaves much to be desired, but sometimes, in a character with 50 years worth of history, changes are necessary to stir things up. Gimmicky? Maybe, but knowing that the status quo inevitably will go back to normal, I have no problem with new ideas.

Well, at least they are reprinting the complete Hellblazer in order. I hope they make it through Paul Jenkins' run.
-
Are they reprinting Delano's last issues in Dangerous Habits? Weird.

In the sequel you can begin introducing John, maybe Etrigan, and then you end the trilogy with "American Gothic".

I'd rather see a Swamp Thing movie by Del Toro. Maybe they could bring John for the sequel.

The series finds Constantine having settled in New York City as a way of separating himself from his roots. He doesn’t trust himself to be around the people and places he cares about because he has a tendency to bring death— or worse —to their door. So now he’s in America, and he’s trying to go it alone. Invariably, though, he’ll start to form new relationships, and how he handles that will be a major underpinning of the series.

Now we are pretty sure that review-sites are controlled by soulless coprocephalic beings.

Oh man, I wish our boy saves Zatanna so they can go to the prom!

I think that in many cases, people like Milligan's tenure because they haven't read the whole series.
For example, if they don't know how difficult was for John to kill the Family Man, they won't have a problem with John murdering that guy in issue 270.

What if the negative reaction to Milligan's run is just based on what you expect from the character?
I don't know, I'm just beginning to read Milligan's Hellblazer, so I don't have an opinion yet.

Also stating that Milligan's run is the best Hellblazer ever.

Come on, you can't beat this

Of course, because Namora is a multi-layered, awesome character.

I'm really excited for Lemire doing hard sci-fi. Unfortunately, in a small city with no comic book stores, I shall wait for the trade.
