Oh, how perfect.

Just the Inferno, or the entire Divine Comedie?
I know....the Inferno is by far the best part....
I'll be reading them all, but I only have the Inferno for now.

I Am Legend
You know, before reading Hellblazer I hadn't read a non-school book in ... at least 10 years.
-
Thanks again, folks.

Damnit... if this isn't in my mailbox tonight, I'm going to have to email someone.
-
Oh my god...
Is that work safe?
-
Thanks

Today is my twenty-second birthday.

I hope I actually get this in the mail soon. I ordered a subscription a week or 3 before the last issue, and I never got that one in the mail.
When should I expect to get this one (I'm in the mid-west US)?

Doesn't Luci state, while putting her face back in order, that he's cast some sort of spell or plot device in order to let her talk coherently while presenting her chosen facade?
... no. I read the issue a week or two ago, and I do not remember that happening.
He says that her face is not the real gift, and then makes her the lightbringer.
Hmmm. Maybe I'm just rationalising then. I'll have to take another look at it.
I could be mistaken.
I'll use this post to declare my love for this comic. I thought I liked Hellblazer, but damn!

The movie got me interested. The issue synopses on this site got me more interested. Finally, my girlfriend bought me original sins.

I just read #72 and have to ask, isn't Mazikeen supposed to speak all garbled up when half her face is gone?
My guess is that it's an oversight.
Did she ever talk without her mask on, while her face was still messed up?

I learned to look really closely before asking what the STH message board was.
Yeah... yup.

Hmm...
so it's Manthing'd on this forum, instead of Ninja'd?
I always wondered what Manthing'd meant...

I've recently picked up volumes 1-5, and 8 of Lucifer. Once I start reading, it's hard for me to put them down. I'll pick up 6 after work, and probably order 7 and 9 when I get home or back to work in the morning. Then I'll have to buy the remaining individual issues.
Also picked up Preludes and Nocturnes, but I haven't started reading it yet.

The movie is actually based on a small town in central PA. I forget the name, but basically the town burnt down to the ground, because of the smoke stacks or something. They just took bits of SH and added it in there.
You should really take a look at the post directly above your's.
I named the town and gave a more accurate description.

See over here in the States (YEEEHAWW!) we have a chewing gum called Dentyne, that is pronounced "Den-teen". We're hopeless on pronouncing Constantine correctly.
woah woah woah, hold yer horses there, varmint!

It wasn't a bad movie, but the plot was way too different from the game. Good characters were made bad, characters that didn't exist were created, others were removed... Intro was changed for no reason, as was the town history (though I did quite enjoy the history of the town, seeing as it was influenced by Centralia, Pennsylvania, a town that's had a coal-fire raging for 40 years).
There's no way they can make a Silent Hill 3-ish sequel now... which sucks. SH 3 was my favorite.

He used more "barely magic". Yeah, he's obviously not sticking with it.
I didn't really like it, but that might have to do with the fact that I had to download it since Cambey West hasn't started shipping my copies yet. I do, however, enjoy the artwork.
