Thanks Mark. I will buy Get Yer ya ya's out and just borror Love it live from the library. I really appreciate the breakdown.
I don't quite understand how Some Girl's is their highest selling post 1991 album. Before soundscan actual sales were determined by the number shipped so the Beatles White Album may have shipped a total of 10 million units but only sold 3 million or so.

Fuck it, SPOILERS ahead:
Is it the same hand?
And even though Rick's hand healed (and assuming it's the one that didn't just get lopped off), wasn't it made into a gimp-hand? It healed, but he lost nerve/muslce control?
What if it wasn't the same hand? That would mean Rick now has one gimp-hand and one amputated hand!
Spoilers don't read
No both his hands are fucked. The gimp hand was hurt in the fight and the nazi-bastard took his other one. He is just about useless in a hunter and gathering style community that they have going now in the world.

REceived All Things must Pass by George Harrison and the Donna's Spend the Night from LALA today.
I've borrowed All Things must Pass quite a few times fromt he library by far my favorite solo Beatles release.
-
I have most of the Stone Catalog or at least listened or borrowed it but I really don't know anything about Get Yer Ya Ya's Out or Love it Live. Are either one of those worth picking up.
-
It is isn't it. His hand was beyond messed up from the previous issues. I believe he just about destroyed it and without proper medical attention it probably would needed to have been amputated. This is why, i was a bit confused why he chose to head out and check out the helicopter since his hand was so badly hurt. It is difficult to tell how much time passed though from the original injury so it may have healed. This current injury is very serious and will further erode his ability to be leader because of it.

You make a valid point Trace, what will indeed be the new attachment. I suspect the lack of any proper limb attachments will lead to a makeshift attachment of some sort. I suspect a nice hook, the chainsaw is out due to gas problems though this never stopped Ash.
-
I can play the Cow-Bell. Abba songs need more Cow-Bell.
-
Which of the female singers were you more interested in?
Agnetha Fältskog (blonde hair)
Anni-Frid Lyngstad(brown hair)
I would have to go with Agnetha even though she looks like my aunt. Anni-Frid Lyngstad looks too much like my mom. I never cared for her perm that she sported later on.

This story deals with a character named ALAN MOORE who has a bit of a pill popping problem.
My favorite character is LSD girl. A really neat title for the story "Turn on to Love."
Alan Moore just turned down being invited up to her room. I now know drugs have really messed up his brain.
The first appearance of LSD Girl dancing to her drummer.
Stay away you don't know how she'll react.
The hairpulling really adds some character to LSD Girl.

I think i'm going to get rid of my AFI cd's on LALA.
I have to agree Stadium Arcadia might as well have been By the Way/Californifaction part 2. It is an excellent album quite consistant but really doesn't offer much in growth.
I'm glad i bought it though.

I think I'll probably die before this comic ever ends. I can't believe we waited this long for the next book and it really didn't expand very much beyond what had happened in the last issue. I just can't buy them rushing into that town so quickly. The Girl and the cop are extreemly careful and check things out before hand and they just didn't do that in this case.
You can already tell what will happen the doctor will help them somehow and they'll escape. I'm not quite sure why the main badguy didn't take the body armor from the captives. It just irks me that this episode will probably drag on for about 5 or 6 issues and it will take a year or more to complete.
I will say i was a bit shocked by the lost body part.

I bought the last 4 reissues 17 Seconds, 3 imaginary boys, Pornography and Faith. I tend to only listen to Faith, 17 seconds and Pornography. I have never listened to Blue Sunshine. I am intrigued by it and Head on a door is my favorite Cure release. I have to admit after looking over the bonus disc information it doesn't quite measure up to previous releases.
-
I guess that would just about kill any interest in staying in the stones. So, he was treated sort of like a studio musician. It really is a shame.

"I thought you'd never notice how hungry I am!"
This line kind of makes the girl falling down even worse! You have a rather plump girl injured in the snow waiting for help that just got snubbed by Ski Dude and the airhead has the nerve to mention how hungry she is.
I have to agree 10 dollars for a messed up comic is a bit high more so after you add in the 5 dollars shipping they want to charge. I may have to wait.

New Cure reissues
I guess, I better start saving my money. I'll probably pick up Head on a Door, Kiss Me and maybe Blue Sunshine. I never much cared for The Top.
The latest round-up arrives August 8 and includes Cure albums nos. five, six, and seven-- The Top (1984), The Head on the Door (1985), and Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me (1987)-- as well as 1983's Blue Sunshine, the lone record by the Glove, the side project of Smith and Siouxsie & the Banshees bassist Steve Severin. Mega-hits and fan favorites like "In Between Days", "Why Can't I Be You?", "Just Like Heaven", and "Close to Me" were spawned during this storied era in Cure history.
As you may recall, last year Rhino graced us with expanded, remastered reissues of Seventeen Seconds, Faith, and the much-loved Pornography. At this rate we can expect a d-lux remaster of that lukewarm 2004 self-titled record by 2008. Oh boy.

I really don't know why DC doesn't do something with Strange Girl and the windfall of picking up Fat Girl from Charleton shouldn't be overlooker either.
I am debating buying it. I'm not thrilled about the slight tear on the front cover.

I don't want a comic encased in plastic either.

I'd take a large if it wouldn't be a problem.

I could never understand why Mick Taylor left the Rolling Stones. He never did anything much except play on a BOb Dylan record in the early 80's. When he was with the STones they were at their creative peak and after he goes they slowly declined.
I like that this thread has changed into a stones thread. I do believe the UK versions for the Rolling STones were released in 2002 Mark.

She's not even looking at them she is just plotting.
So far out cast of Romantic super villians includes STrange Girl and Fat Girl. In another note the Strange Girl comic has come up on e=bay. They have one that is graded for 47 dollars and a non grade messed up copy for 9 dollars.

You really should add that as your sig. The issue is Teenage Love 85 from 1972
She has a modern era super hero chest. Damn kids always holding back my happiness.
That pretty much killed the moment. They even had the cigarettes ready for the post love making ready on the table.
Damn hippies
Mother has some moves.
