Check out Strange Embrace. Psychological horror with some supernatural elements. Very great read, really unnerving.

I thought it was eh. I liked the incubus. That was about it, really.

lol, I love it.

I for one love the art. Rossmo's a boss to me.
But overall... I'm still not too sure what to think about this issue. I felt there was a lot of setup for things, I'm just hoping this walk around was more so setting up plots and characters down the line or else a lot of it is going to be a meandering waste of time. I liked that it took me a while to get through but I'm wondering how much of it was in fact filler or set up for more of the story as the arc goes on.

I take Casein protein. Whey protein is general used to take right after working out but Casein is recommended you take right before bed. It takes a long time to break down in your body so it's working while you sleep. I generally take it every morning, I mix it in my oat meal. It fills me up and it works in my system through out the day while I either work out and while I'm eating for the rest of the day, packing in more of my protein intake.
It's helped me gain about 15-20 lbs thus far.

 I love you guys.
I'm personally more into weight lifting and getting ripped. I do like cardio but since I'm always trying to bulk up and add mass, I do very little cardio. When I do cardio, it's mostly to build up my stamina that way i won't get winded or tired when I am running, etc.
I'm a really hard gainer (ectomorph body type) so I have to eat constantly (every 3 hours or so) and I try have some snacks in between. Most of what I eat is generally high in protein. I also HATE junk food or fast food or generally greasy foods or sweets; and I stay away from soda or sugary drinks/juice, so that also adds to why it's difficult for me to gain much weight. I'm also drinking a lot of protein drinks and shakes.

So Oni Press had an open call for all types of comics, including actual pitches from writers. Deadline was yesterday. You bests believes I submitted a pitch!
Spent the past 2 months developing it, doing research, interviewing folks, fine tuning, etc. My fingers and toes are crossed. And I'm nervous as hell. I won't hear anything back until about 60 days.

Ha! See? I'm not the only one who's shipping this relationship!

I'm a little peeved of Blythe's cock blocking that bartender. I was enjoying that interaction. Hope we see him again.

Are you hinting that I may be the pop?!

Awwww man, that baby is far too precious!!!!!!!

It was actually better than I expected. Though the main thing that's going to get me to try this out is Rossmo as he's been one of my absolute favorite comic artists currently working. His indie work has been top notch. I look forward to seeing what craziness he'll bring to this book.
I did find some of the writing a little weird but not bad enough to turn me off. And why shouldn't have Conjob did what he did? He stated that a lot of people died due to her trying to save her own skin (heh... pun not really intended but I'll accept it, ha! )

Hey, guys. Just wanted to post this for anyone who doesn't frequent the other thread, but I created a Facebook page for my new comic, Is'nana The Were-Spider. I've been insanely busy working on it and working my tush off to raise money for it to get fantastic artists to help bring my vision to light. Hopefully you all are interested in enough to Like the page and share if possible!
https://www.facebook.com/IsnanaTheWereSpider
Is'nana is a shape-shifting half man, half spider son of the great Anansi the Spider, The West African God of Stories. While looking for his missing father, Is'nana accidentally breaks a barrier coming into our world which unleashes horrors from his world and other realms into ours. Taking on the responsibility of rectifying this mishap, he teams up with his wise-cracking father to stop these horrors from bringing chaos into our world.
Thanks, guys!
