Yea, Francis thought that showing that John had someone to connect with when he was dying took out some sympathy or somewhat and it have more impact if he was lonely with noone really by his side.

OMG, thats plain horrible!!! For some reason I havent been watching Twilight Zone as much, not I won't give up watching until I see that ep. That's just creepy as hell.

I thought the Ellie deleted scenes were awesome, it sucked that she was editted out, but I understood why Francis did it tho, yet it still sucked, lol.

Remember that episode of "Twilight Zone", when the grandmother died, but she left her grandson a toy phone as a present before she died, and then the boy could call his grandma whenever he wanted on the phone?

Is Grendel really that great of a comic? I've been wanting to check it out but I dunno, I'm never that interested.

I watched the Constantine dvd again 2 nights ago and I have to say that I still loved it greatly. Sure, it's no Hellblazer but I thought it was a fun film and I'd love to see a sequel regardless. Maybe a bit closer to the books but it seems a lil hard to do after everything that happened in the first film like some1 stated before.

And I hope they bring Francis back because I feel that for a first time film direct, he did a great job.

I really dunno, I read the summaires for all the Azzarello HB books on this site and I have to that I'm not eager to buy any of his stuff right now. He bored the living sh*t outta me with his Superman and he confused the crap outta me with his Batman. I'm actually willing to read his 100 Bullets but I am very hesitant with his other work.

Hey, guys. Today I took my friends comic shopping and they had a lot of fun considering they're not really comic book readers, lol. But anywayz, I wanted to get Original Sins but the comic shop didn't have it so it was either Son of Man or Tainted Love for me becuz I didn't wanna get a Azzarello HB. I just want to ask what do you guys consider me to buy first between the two?

I watched the DVD today and I have to say I enjoyed it more than I saw it the first time in theatres. And I enjoyed it alot when I first watched it, I guess thats saying something.

That being said, if they had used text messaging, I might have puked.

Anywayz, I enjoyed the issue, thought it was a good read. It was fun to see Ellie again. When he whole name was first said I was thinkin to myself "Why does that name sound so familiar, who is she again?" lol, took me a few seconds to remember that was Ellie's first name. ooc: If only Ellie wasn't kept off the movie, I woulda really enjoyed it more. o well.

The cell phone thing didn't really bother me at all, just seemed like a normal magic thingy, didn't see fit to annoy me. And John having the light, well, I didn't see that coming.

Karen came home from Tescos with this DVD.

I haven't read the last D.D., but I've been enjoying the DD series so far, maybe it's the whole feel of it or something, but it's been in my top fav read list for the longest time now.

I was honestly enjoying the little time spent from hearing nothing from the film compared to the comics although I did like the film.

IMO, as still a newfound reader, the comic blows the movie away into smitherines.

Hmm, probably Letting the Cables Sleep or Bonedriven by Bush or In Time by Mark Collie.
