I can join the evidence, tigger, as someone who has no Star Trek experience who loved the first Abrams movie! As for the second, my eagerness for it is all the more heightened by becoming a cumberpatch fan recently (just watched Sherlock and loved it.) (And it wasnt until yesterday when I saw a new trailer with him in it that I even realised he was in there...)

Oh it was a great romp - so many killer moments, so many good laughs, almost nothing I didn't like!

Odd indeed sethos cause we got the trailer in NZ before iron man. Very cool - I love how timeless Anthony Hopkins voice sounds!

Had to close my eyes during the trailer at Iron Man last night - surprisingly the audio was very similar to other trailers so I didn't sense any reveals. Can't wait to see it!

But I suppose in fairness you would still have a beard on your severed head.

I look back on photos of my long ass beard and I feel as though I won't ever go back to those days... Still, I claim achievement unlocked for meeting, dating and wooing my future wife in that state - and then there is the one for having her family be ok with her dating a hairy monster. I had a dream the other night actually, where I shaved off my beard and ended up looking 12 (not that I do, but obviously my subconscious was trying to get at me.)

Ugh, so much to dislike in that episode! Overall it wasn't bad, but some things really irked me.

[spoiler: Andrea did not need to die! If she just stopped farting around instead of using the freakin' pliers she'd be free and clear!!! As it is, she had so much time to fend off Milton when she did get free and has been fine in many a situation far worse that what she was in that moment - and what, she just let zombie Milton easy back her giant fur coat to get a clean bite on her? Zombie Milton had way too much makeup on - he looked farcical. In light of what I think was a pitiful exit from the show, it made no emotional impact on me as a viewer because it seemed like such bad writing. Then to make it worse, she kills herself and Michonne watches? That's messed up!

Martinez: He's clearly been shown as a soldier, not a psychopath - I liked how shocked the two guys were after the slaughter, but I struggle to believe they wouldn't have had more decency than to pop a cap in the governors head when he started going all loco.

There were other things, but I can't recall them now. Too enraged./End spoiler]

The thumbnail from the second linked video is the only problem I had with the trailer... It's like he's going all M. Bison on that dude...

I was just thinking the other day when I was playing Fallout 3 that a game based on the Walking Dead in the style of Fallout could be quite a winner. Seems I'm a bit behind the times - whether or not it will be any good is the real question. My guess is probably not...

I liked last weeks, and thought this one was ok - a bit too much forced tention though. My main problem is why she didn't just boost the truck the governor had - she'd a been home free!

Haha Lou, havn't played that in a while, but it's not forgotten - when I was playing it I was using the steering wheel I have at work - serious fun.

Currently I am tied up in a number of different games - most of them old. Fallout 3 (Was $5 bucks on demand!), Burnout Paradise City, Guitar hero of various forms (with wifey) and a few other games lower down the list like Battlefield 3 and Tekken tag 2, oh and gotta get round to finishing AC 3 at some point. Can't believe they have gone for an annual release cycle with the AC series - it's too much if you ask me!

Good episode, bit disappointed in Tyrese and co - to agree to be agressors against the group - even if Rick did nut out. Seeing their 'exit' again in the previously on section made me feel like they really weren't being told to leave the whole prison, just the immediate area, which makes them turning against seem all the more intense.

Lastly, it couldn't have hurt Andrea to run a few walkers down on the way out!

McFarlane has hit his stride with this latest Walking Dead series. I had to pick up this set. I lost one of the jaw bones but I kinda don't care. Wrestled with getting the pack on the mule and dropped it on mah stash of parts and it shot that damn jawbone into the sink or stove, I can't tell yet. Gonna give it up. Too bad the 1st two series' blow.

Two great episodes I say, though it really did make me hate the Gov even more.

SPOILER filled thoughts: [Shame to see axel die, but it's better than the creepy killer side that I thought they were hinting at during his conversations with Carol - I guess that was just his last hurrah, a bit of the spotlight before he became literal cannon fodder (didn't she do well to use him as a body shield!?) Which reminds me, apparently it's not just black people who get the chop - it's anyone who vies for the attention of a woman that someone is already semi interested in (i.e. Daryl) - at least that's kinda how it felt - but I suppose someone had to die

Into season 3 of Parks and Recreation (catching up) - it is seriously good television! Ron Swanson is just....too good for words!
