I am not religious and while I love all things dark/grimy/weird etc etc my logical mind sees the concept of 'Satan' simply as a personification; a metaphor for tragedy/greed/cruelty etc. Just as 'God' is a personification of the other side.

Incidentally it's good to know there are no 'full on Hell worshippers' - unless of course you're keeping quiet.

The more I read Hellblazer the more I see how the film was sooooooo off the mark. What were they thinking? Will have to see Sin City - it sounds good. Maybe how Constantine (sorry Constanteen) should have been done?)

Yup. Here in Norway the Black Metal guys have burned down a couple of priceless old wooden churches, and there has been at least one murder. That one was committed by one black metal guy against another one, and one rumour I've heard is that it was because the victim had too left-leaning political sympathies. The murderer is serving time in jail, and proudly espouses his fascist politics. (As in ACTUAL fascism)
