I haven't read the comic, but isn't this a lot less political than that? Here it seems like Cap's main motivation is just personal, it's all about Bucky. While a lot of the other stuff in the trailer looks cool, that kinda bugs me.

I thought the storyline was shit, so I'm blind to any nuance the event might have held, but Cap's motivation was that that the pro-registration side were off the deep end, nigh cartoonishly so.

Iron Man is Marvel's biggest draw so they can't have him being the guy who builds a gulag and orchestrates a war with Atlantis, so they make it about Bucky

TBH if they are making a Civil War movie (they shouldn't though), 'I'll stand with my friend gainst all these trifling bitches' is better than 'super-powered people ought do what they like'

The thing about rpg games is that you really aught to take your time, explore, but if you really are playing a role, a lot of the time that won't make sense.

In other news, went back a bit to B:AK and found this

I am reading there are some bad frame rate glitches on both systems.

Aside from the opening cinematic, I didn't notice any for the PS4. For what that's worth.

Am having a reasonably good time with it, even though it doesn't have quite as strong an opening as 3 or NV. Digging having a lot more of a color palette, though.

I'm back from Scotland and I've a question.

While I was over there (mostly Edinburgh) now and then someone would talk to me in some kind of strange dialect that I could not fathom even a little, on the mistaken belief I was from town. Once I explained I was just on holiday, they'd no and ask me to have a nice day in something I recognize as English.

Is that how people generally speak? Do English people understand it?

Even though the companions in NV were, for the most part, pretty great I prefer playing these games on my todd - the wasteland isn't meant to be a group holiday kind of deal!

Well it makes sense to form squads in the Wasteland in the name of survival. Also so you can use them as pack mules for all the loot you'll pick up.

My favorite companion was Rose of Sharon in NV.

I'm not aware of any companions in 3 other than Fawkes.
