Sadly our Labour party folks (both football fans) have been getting silly.
Jeremy Corbyn saying there should be a national day off if England won, Tom Watson saying we (The UK) should host the 2030 World Cup.
Clearly that should be in Uruguay, and we should decline the invitation to go.Meanwhile, we have Putin refusing to meet Trump until the tournament was over...

Grudging well done to Johnny Frog.
Because of all the teams who were expected to do well tgey did well with some nice football when needed.
But that first game and a couple of feigning incidents took the shine off a little.
