It's the one where Jesse is "Diesel" and tries to get his money/stash back from Spooge and his girl. Something, something ATM.
The idea of a small child in a crumbling shithole of a drug den. The idea of trying to be a badass and seeing just how despicable 'bad' people can be. It was just harrowing and haunting and had the perfect ending.
And I haven't started Game of Thrones. It took me a few months to watch Breaking Bad. I've found that I can't binge watch things. Only ever watched at most 3 episodes in a day.

Ok so I watched Breaking Bad. It was bad for my ticker. There might be such a thing as too much tension. I might finally be past my obsession with evil and depressing things.
It was still enormously entertaining.
My favorite episode was "Peekaboo."

How could I forget Mr. Balowski? "Mistah Poo-Poo Goes to the Lavatry!"
I've read that the first twenty minutes of Trainspotting was redubbed with softer accents for the American release to acclimatize US viewers. I only remember subtitles being used in the club scene.

Ok so help me out. When I see 'Scouse' the only things that come to mind are the Beatles and Dave Lister. Is that even accurate? What is an example that a hillbilly like myself would know?

He put on 70 pounds for Full Metal Jacket so I think he can manage.

I like how you put the seat up to fool us into thinking it's not a 'post-shit selfie.'

I've only seen the last half-hour or so of X-Men Babies. Is it required viewing for this current film?

I always loved that Journey lyric about South Detroit.
South Detroit = Windsor, Ontario

My daughter and I are loving the new Cosmos. She's been excited about science for a few years now and I'm glad there's something like Cosmos to show her just how fun and interesting it can be.
And we both like how Neil deGrasse Tyson says "warter."

I was gonna say something about how you look really buff in that first picture. But holy shit!
Is that a lampshade?

I feel bad about ripping on Mark without offering my own picture. I'm growing my hair one more time before it changes colors.

There was a DC Archive Edition a few years ago (which is extremely expensive now) and they are also available... elsewhere. The old Spectre comics are creepy and brutal in a bright, fun, Golden Age sort of way.

The phrases "I'm just sayin" and "I know, right?" make me wish I'd never gotten an internet connection again.
Although I do like "I know, huh" but always read it with a heavy Mexican accent.

Oh hell yeah. I love Golden Age comics. I understand they're not everyone's cup of tea but they're some of my favorites. My love started with buying Superman Chronicles Vol 1 from James once upon a time. Where is James, by the way?

It's my favorite other than the Golden Age stories.
Guardians of the Galaxy
in Comics in other media

I saw a hardcover of that series on sale for ten bucks but didn't buy it. Should I?
