  1. Thanks guys, I did miss you all!

Speaking of beautiful blonde hair, mine was blue before I went hot pink right so I had to bleach it twice to get the remaining blue out. My roots turned a pale golden yellow almost like your hair, and the blue hairs... TURNED CRYSTAL WHITE. It was fun while it lasted 8-)

  2. (Tony, I am super-hardcore, I put tiger balm at the start of my nostrils. Then I weep for an hour, against my will.)

Don't they make a nasal spray for that purpose? My dog once tried to get into the Tiger Balm, she took one lick and ran away

  3. I'm not supposed to be here but I wanted to say hello to everyone.... I'm in the middle of a school storm so I've got lots of work to do but my brain said "NO WAY NUH UH YOU STOP NOW CHILL" so that's what I'm doing.

BEKI'S KITTIES. Those furballs are too cute, I'd still like to get a maine coon but I don't think my dog will take kindly to one...

Griff's stalker. Sic Keet on him if he gets freaky deaky on you. I'd do it... if I was going to A-Kon!

Abhi, you're not old, but I guess you might feel that way because *I'm* going to be graduating this month too. From college that is 8-)

  4. My desktop slots only Sony memory sticks so I have to make them here, upload them to photobucket, then slot the memory card into the laptop and download them there. Thank god for wireless. I loaded these Hellblazer ones, some Sandman ones, Brom, Prince of Persia, etc. onto my phone.

  5. Being 21 myself I also think it's an age/mindset thing. I've known only ONE guy that tried to become friends before trying to get in my pants, well we aren't friends anymore. But there are other guys I know, we're friends, we horse around and act flirty with each other, and for us it's just a joke. We're really just friends. The same thing with some of my girl friends, and in that situation it's always the heterosexual 18-25 year old males that think we're actually girlfriends 8-)

  6. Claire, those photostores are great. You know when you mentioned Anakin and Obi I first thought "Shouldn't it be Obi and Qui Gon...." bwahaha.

Josh, Beki, and Dogs, thank you for the compliments. No worries I'm not offended by the comparison to sex dolls, the sexual element is an equally interesting part of dollie concepts.

Beki, feel free to use number 6 as an avatar. Although I should ask, you know it's a white haired boy and not a blonde haired lady yeh ? They're pretty expensive, the models there are mine and I have a lady doll on the way from Korea. When she gets here I'll put a blonde wig on her 8-)

  7. Finch was also my favorite character from the comic and I was a tiny bit disappointed with how things changed for him in the movie. But I also have to agree with TestosteRohne that first and foremost the movie has to entertain. Clearly it's not the Sin City of Alan Moore-inspired movies, but I think it did entertain, comic readers (maybe only Ade and myself  ) and non-comic readers. The audience I was a part of seemed to like it, applause at the end etc.

Regarding the crowd scene, I was fine with it *except*....!

.... When they showed dead figures.  I preferred to see them dead and buried, no need for this "alive in spirit" sort of symbolism.  When the fingerman shot that little girl?  I loved it, the blood, her glasses and V mask falling off, then you see her dead face before the towns people beat the shit out of that cop.  That was a powerful scene for me, so when I saw her at the end alive and well next to Valerie and Gordon and even the gay male couple that was in the movie for like 5 seconds i was just disappointed.  But ah wells, I guess Hollywood felt the ending needed something 'uplifting'?

  8. That's a great reaction you described, because I failed to mention the title of my piece is "pediophile/pediophobe". I brought two of them to the opening with me and some people were scared of them while others were interested in uh... seeing whether they were anatomically correct or not, which they are :)

I wanted to work with these dolls because they're so versatile as models. I feel like they're different from 2-D figures because anyone can touch them and manipulate them. They exist in our reality but they're not real, and yet they're much more hands on than a videogame character.

  9. Goddamn I love them!

They're like an unholy mix of Hans Bellmer, a fashion shoot, and that Japanese website of Anakin dolls dressed as schoolgirls.

Thank you! Each photo came from several different shoots I did with them. This Anakin dressed as a schoolgirl thing though.... I need to see it, where can I??

  10. Just what the hell is going on here?

    Wizards, man. Hundreds of 'em.

    Ravenclaw, you best recognize.

I've also made some wallpapers via photoshop then uploading to my phone. Point and shoot is the easiest to use for pictures on the go  If anyone has a 128x128 pixel screen feel free to use these wallpapers I made for my phone. These are all jpgs.
