I wasn't really disturbed by anything in Hellblazer, not even by the bestial-demon rapes or dad checking out Cheryl or priest man and his razor blade but that could be because I love to read about that kind of stuff. However I mentioned before, that guy killing his dog in Jenkins' story made me want to cry.

As for the Vertigo panel I was also kinda disappointed. We were doing our own little commentary the whole time. Andy I didn't see you there but we did come in late (and missed nothing). I was waiting for Karen to tell us that there might be a screening for The Fountain. Hellblazer got an applause when the slide showed up but I think I counted only 10 hands including my own. Sadness.

Just look for the chainsaw, bloody heart, and a bum tomorrow 8-)

You happen to know anything about that attendees only access thing on the SDCC site? Been trying to access their filming schedule and so far all I know for sure is Neil Gaiman will be sticking around for Stardust panel but that's it.

I remember monsoon season in Thailand, big hellish thunder always scared me.

It's about five hours until I have to get up and get ready for Comic Con, and I'm still debating on gray pants/white shirt/red tie or gray pants/blue shirt/gray tie. I'd still have the chainsaw with me, but damn I like the red tie look better. Ugh.

Tony, I went to Warped Tour in Pomona about two weeks ago. I really wanted to see The Casualties but I showed up too late, sadness. Joan Jett was one of my favorite acts too, she was looking fiiiiiiiiine, couldn't tell she's approaching 50 at all. I love their new guitarist, Dougie. I also fell in love with 18V! They've got a free show in Orange County tomorrow night but I'll be missing it cause I need to prepare for Comic Con. I too didn't hear of them until Warped Tour, they really impressed me and I love how gay friendly they are :lol:

Sooooo, belated but I'd like to share anyway because someone asked....! These were the only new costumes I debuted at AX2006, and the Seishirou isn't even mine. Praedestinatio (who lurks on here pft) made the robes and I made the scythe.

I wouldn't tip the suit man because that's still retail, whereas the hairdresser and the day spa are a service and they get much more personal with you than the guy that measures you.
